TERMS & CONDITIONS
Banking Credits
Monthly credits are deposited into your Revivaluxe account:
Luxe Essential: Bank up to 12 months
Glow Getter: Bank up to 18 months
Revivaluxe Elite: Bank up to 24 months
Unused credits expire after the stated period or 90 days post-cancellation.
Membership Duration
Month-to-month with a 3-month minimum commitment.
Cancellations & Holds
30 days’ written notice required.
Credits remain valid for 90 days after cancellation.
Memberships may be paused for up to 2 months per year (no banking or perks during hold).
Perks & Rewards
Birthday and milestone perks have a 3-month redemption window.
Perks and discounts cannot be combined with other offers.
Exclusions
Medical weight loss, prescription meds, and select promos are excluded from discounts.
Banked funds may be used toward services, retail, and medical programs.
Non-Transferable
Membership benefits and credits are for the enrolled member only.
Termination
Revivaluxe reserves the right to terminate memberships for misuse or policy violation.
